Findings
Vertically oriented fracture of the right sacral ala. Fracture involves the S1, S2, and S3 sacral segments. The fracture extends to the right S1 foramen. Superiorly, the fracture line extends into the right superior articular facet. There is no involvement of the spinal canal.
Fracture at the right pubic root. Fracture of the right pubic body. Fracture at the right inferior pubic ramus. Possible fracture of the left inferior pubic ramus.
Sacroiliac joint and pubic symphysis alignment is within normal limits.
Edema in the superficial adipose layer overlying the right hip. Asymmetric enlargement of the right piriformis muscle, from the presence of edema and blood products.
No other acute fractures or malalignment identified.
Bladder is collapsed around a Foley catheter. Physiologic cyst arising from the right ovary.
