Findings
Technique:
The technique is adequate for interpretation. The area of concern is indicated by the patient and included on the exam.
Soft Tissues:
There is no soft tissue swelling or effusion.
Bone:
There is no cortical or trabecular fracture or disruption of commonly recognized anatomical lines. The stress trabeculae are normal.
Overall bone density is normal.
Growth plates, ossification centers, apophyses:
The growth plate of the right femoral head is abnormal with widening of the physis from a Salter-Harris I fracture with posterior inferior displacement of the femoral head epiphysis. The left capital femoral epiphysis is normal.
The apophyses are normal.
Joints and alignment:
There is no effusion or fat pad displacement.
The epiphysis of the right femoral head is displaced posteriorly and inferiorly. The left hip is normal.
The left hip joint is normal.
Other findings:
The remainder of the exam is normal.
