Findings
Findings
Patient imaged on a backboard. Residual contrast material within the bladder. Bilateral Judet views are under-rotated.
Fracture of the right ischium, extending from the greater sciatic notch to the ischial tuberosity. In addition, there is subtle lucency projecting over the anterior acetabular wall seen best on the frontal and right iliac oblique views. This projects over the acetabular roof as well. No lucency is identified overlying the posterior acetabular wall.
No additional fractures or malalignment identified.
Impression
Fracture of the right ischium with possible fracture of the right anterior acetabular wall. Findings may reflect a T-shaped acetabular fracture.
Recommendations
Pelvic CT to further characterize possible acetabular fracture.
