36 yo Fe with 2 week history of intermittent weakness on both sides, numbness episodes lasting 4 hours and word finding difficulty. Moyamoya disease term is relegated to cases where there is no other comorbid disorder that secondarily can have all or part of the moyamoya vasculopathy. CT, MR.
