Findings
Nondisplaced right anterior column acetabular fracture. Superiorly, the fracture begins at the level of the iliopsoas groove, extending inferiorly across the anterior aspect of the acetabulum (not crossing the weightbearing dome) and exiting inferiorly at the right inferior pubic ramus. Alignment at the right hip joint is maintained. No intra-articular bodies visualized.
Mild widening of the right sacroiliac joint.
Nondisplaced complete fracture involving the transcervical and basicervical regions of the left femoral neck.
No additional acute fractures or malalignment identified.
Post surgical changes are present in the anterior abdominal wall as well as intra-abdominally. Foley catheter in place.
Impression
Nondisplaced right anterior column acetabular fracture which does not traverse the weightbearing acetabular dome. No intra-articular bodies.
Mild right sacroiliac joint diastasis.
