General
Joint effusion. Soft tissue swelling along the lateral elbow. Obliquely orientated fracture of the lateral humeral condyle metaphysis. Distraction measures approximately 0.2 cm. No angulation. No involvement of the lateral condyle secondary ossification center. Medial extent of the fracture is difficult to determine given lack of ossification of the trochlear ossification center.
