Findings
Juxtatectal transverse fracture of the right acetabulum. The fracture is at the margin of the weightbearing acetabular dome. There is no displacement of the fracture posteriorly and at the level of the weight-bearing acetabular dome. Anteriorly there is up to 0.2 cm of displacement. No intra-articular bodies. Alignment of the right hip joint is maintained. A small right hip joint effusion is present, likely reactive.
No other acute fractures or malalignment identified.
Mild degenerative changes at both sacroiliac joints.
