  3. Findings are consistent with the clinical diagnosis of acute or subacute sinusitis with orbital and/or ocular complications.

  4. Findings are consistent with the clinical diagnosis of acute or subacute sinusitis complicated by orbital venous, cavernous sinus or other venous or dural sinus thrombosis.
