Findings:
There are multiple, bilateral cystic structures. The largest is a 7.2x6.2x3.8cm cystic lesion with dependent echogenic layering in the left adnexa. This region connects to a tubular appearing structure with internal echogenicity. There is surrounding highly echogenic, likely inflamed, fat.
Impression:
Suspected tubo-ovarian abscesses.
