Findings:
The uterus is normal in size, measuring 7.9 x 3.5 x 4.1 cm. The endometrium is 9 mm in
thickness. No focal fundal or endometrial lesion.

The right ovary is normal in size and measures 2.8 x 2.2 x 2.9 cm with normal flow. The left
ovary measures 5.8 x 4.1 x 5.7 cm. There is a heterogeneous echogenic area at the lateral
aspect of the left ovary, likely a hemorrhagic cyst. Multiple follicles present in the ovaries
which could be seen with stimulation.

There is normal Doppler detected flow present in the right ovary. In the left ovary there is
asymmetrically decreased flow.

Impression:
Enlarged left ovary with minimal peripheral flow, concerning for ovarian torsion.
