Findings:
There is a gravid uterus with expected heterogeneous enhancement of the placenta. However, there is a region of hypodensity anterior to the left lower aspect of the placenta which displaces the placenta posteriorly. The gallbladder is surgically absent. There are also postsurgical changes of gastric partitioning.

Impression:
Placental abruption at the left lower anterior wall of the uterus.
