Findings:
The endometrial cavity is filled with irregular, amorphous material that contains cystic spaces, and no fetal parts are visualized. Color doppler imaging shows blood flow within the components. Although the intrauterine device (IUD) is not clearly visualized, it appears to be partially located within the endometrial cavity.

Impression:
Gestational trophoblastic disease.
