Findings:
The right kidney measures 6.4 x 3.0 x 3.0 cm and demonstrates moderate hydronephrosis. The left kidney measures 6.3 x 2.7 x 2.6 cm with mild hydronephrosis. Otherwise, both kidneys demonstrate normal echogenicity, cortical thickening, and perfusion without masses or calculi. The urinary bladder is unremarkable.

Impression:
Moderate right and mild left hydronephrosis.
