Two-year-old male presenting with abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. The KUB is concerning for intussusception.

Abdominal radiograph from the same day.
Findings & Impressions
Findings:
There is ileocolic intussusception extending up to the mid transverse colon. There are multiple hypertrophied lymph nodes in the mesentery of the intussusception. There is no free fluid in the abdomen.
Impression:
Ileocolic intussusception extending up to the mid transverse colon.
Recommendations:
For your training purposes, recommendations are not included in this report.
Acuity
Urgent: non-routine communication within 4 hours
The ordering clinician should be notified of these findings.
