There is a 3.4 x 3.7 x 3.8 cm heterogeneously enhancing solid mass with cystic changes in the fourth ventricle. There is resulting dilation of the lateral, third and fourth ventricles. There is no evidence of abnormal enhancement to suggest drop metastases. There is straightening of normal cervical lordosis.
Impression:
Fourth ventricular mass resulting in obstructive hydrocephalus. The mass likely represents an ependymoma or medulloblastoma.
