Findings:
There is presence of heterogeneous T2, heterogeneously enhancing sellar and suprasellar mass measuring 2.6x2.8x2.1cm. The mass indents the optic chiasm and extends into bilateral cavernous sinuses encasing the left cavernous internal carotid artery.

Impression:
Pituitary adenoma with mass effect on the optic chiasm.
