Findings & Impressions
Findings:
There is an oblique fracture through the distal fifth metacarpal with mild foreshortening and radial and volar displacement of the distal fracture fragment. There is also generalized soft tissue swelling in the same region of the fracture site.
Impression:
Right hand boxer’s fracture.
