Findings & Impressions
Findings:
There is a mildly comminuted and impacted fracture through the subcapital portion of the right femoral neck with minimal displacement or angulation. There is a calcified uterine fibroid in the right side of the pelvis.
Impression:
Right subcapital hip fracture.
Recommendations:

Urgent: non-routine communication within 4 hours
