Findings:
There is a transverse, extra-articular fracture in the distal radius with significant posterior displacement, dorsal impaction, and angulation. No additional fractures are detected. Posttraumatic edema is present in the regional soft tissues. Diffuse osseous mineralization reduction is observed. Moderate triscaphe and severe thumb CMC osteoarthritis are noted. No other abnormalities in bones, alignment, or soft tissues are identified.

Impression:
Right Colle’s fracture. There is also severe trischaphe joint and thumb CMC osteoarthritis.
