Findings:
There is a 2.8x3.6cm mass lesion in the right hemithorax near the hilum. There is also atelectasis of the anterior portion of the right upper lobe with superior displacement of the minor fissure. Degenerative changes of the visualized spine.

Impression:
Partial right upper lobar atelectasis with nearby mass lesion. This may represent a partial lobar collapse secondary to an endobronchial malignancy.
