 There is a rounded, well-circumscribed mass lesion in the posterior mediastinum. There is no pneumothorax. The lungs are clear. 
                        
                            Impression:
 No acute cardiopulmonary abnormality. 
Incidental Mediastinal mass. 
                        
                            Recommendations:
 For your training purposes, recommendations are not included in this report.
