Findings:
There is panchamber enlargement within the heart. The main pulmonary artery is enlarged, measuring up to 3.2cm. There is no interstitial lung disease, but there is mild air trapping suggested by the scattered mosaic attenuation.
Impression:
Enlarged pulmonary arteries and cardiomegaly suggesting pulmonary artery hypertension.
