Findings:
The cardiac silhouette is enlarged. The pulmonary arteries are enlarged. There is no airspace consolidation, pulmonary edema, or pleural effusion.
Impression:
Enlarged pulmonary arteries with cardiomegaly, suggestive of pulmonary artery hypertension.
Recommendations:
For your training purposes, recommendations are not included in this report.
