Findings & Impressions
Findings:
Extensive mediastinal and hilar lymph node calcification, including "eggshell" calcifications, consistent with silicosis. Central pulmonary arteries are enlarged, suggesting PA hypertension. Upper lung fibrosis, bronchiectasis, and linear scarring are present, without micronodular pattern or acute abnormalities. No significant pleural disease detected.
Impression:
Findings consistent with silicosis. No evidence of acute abnormality.
