Findings & Impressions
                            Findings:
 Post-surgical changes with sternotomy wires.
There is interstitial edema, peribronchial cuffing, interlobular septal thickening appearing as Kerley B lines, pulmonary vascular congestion with cephalization of the pulmonary veins, and cardiomegaly.
                        
                            Impression:
 Pulmonary edema, pulmonary vascular congestion, and cardiomegaly. These findings are characteristic of CHF.
                        
                            Recommendations:
