There is MR flair evidence of recent subarachnoid hemorrhage.

There is MR flair evidence of recent intraaxial parenchymal blood.

There is MR flair evidence of recent intraventricular blood.

There is MR flair evidence of ventriculomegaly and transependymal edema consistent with hydrocephalus.

There is MR flair evidence of tissue edema in the affected venous egress zone and/or acute thrombus within intracranial veins or dural sinuses.

There is MR flair evidence of parenchymal hemorrhage within a matching arterial perfusion ischemic zone.

Other significant imaging findings are present.
